How we work
A clear read on your move, before you commit to it.
Every case starts the same way: a paid consultation with a licensed adviser who tells you what is realistic, what it will take, and whether it is worth your money. What happens after that is your choice.
What we do
From a first conversation to a decided visa
You do not have to commit to a full mandate to start. Most clients begin with the consultation, then decide how much of the work they want to hand over.
It starts with a consultation
EUR 49 for up to 30 minutes with a licensed adviser. Its job is to establish what you need, what is realistic, and how we can help, not to answer every detailed question on the spot. Small matters are sometimes settled in the call itself; for everything else you receive a clear service offer afterwards.
A written report, if you are applying for a skilled visa yourself
If you are pursuing a points-tested skilled visa for Australia (subclass 189, 190 or 491) and prefer to lodge it yourself, we prepare a personalised written report: your pathway, the requirements, and the risks to watch. A solid basis for a self-managed application with professional advice behind it. Partner, family and visitor cases do not need a report; after the consultation you receive a service offer directly.
Full Service, if you would rather hand it over
We handle the process end to end: gathering documents, certified translations, medical appointments, preparing and lodging the application, and communicating with the authorities through to the decision. Full Service is quoted after the consultation, as a fixed fee in a written offer.
Difficult cases are part of our casework
Refused applications, medical conditions, character issues. These need experience and careful strategy, and we take them on as part of our normal work.
You pay for advice, not for a sales call
The consultation is a strategic conversation with a licensed adviser. By the end of it you know where you stand, and you have either settled a small matter on the spot or you receive a clear service offer for the work ahead. What it is not:
- A free general enquiry. You are paying for a licensed adviser's time and judgment.
- A sales call. If a move is not realistic for you, we say so, and you have saved a much larger sum on an application that would not have worked.
- A visa guarantee. No one can promise an outcome. What we give you is a clear, honest read on your chances and what it would take.

Common questions
Do I need to prepare anything for the call?
No. There is nothing to send or fill in beforehand. The adviser gathers everything they need during the call, so you can book, join, and talk through your situation.
What happens if you tell me it will not work?
You get an honest answer and keep your options open. Knowing a route is unlikely before you commit is far cheaper than finding out after a refused application.
Is the EUR 49 all I will ever pay?
The EUR 49 covers the consultation. If you go on to a written report or to Full Service, that work is quoted separately and clearly, with no open-ended or hourly billing.
Which countries do you advise on?
Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. You can see every pathway on the visas page.
Next step
Speak with a licensed advisor about your visa options.
A focused consultation routed to the right licensed advisor. Continue independently after the call, or proceed with us and have the consultation fee deducted from the service fee.
