Who we are

Three of our advisers hold full licences for New Zealand through the Immigration Advisers Authority, and the same three are registered for Australia with the Migration Agents Registration Authority. A fourth adviser is qualified to advise on South Africa. Every one of them has made an international move herself: Germany to Australia and back, South Africa to Ireland, Germany to South Africa. The advice comes with lived experience of what a move like this asks of a family.

Behind the advisers sits a casework team in Germany, Ireland and South Africa that turns strategy into complete, lodgement-ready files. You will find every adviser, licence number and language on the team page.

Set up for clients everywhere

Offices in Hamburg and Zurich, an office in Cape Town for South Africa, and a presence in Cork for clients in Ireland and the UK. Phone lines in Germany, Ireland and South Africa, and one WhatsApp line for everywhere else. Consultations run by video, with early and late slots so clients in Australian and New Zealand time zones are not left with calls in the middle of the night.

We advise in English and German, and additionally in Afrikaans, French and Japanese.

What we do

From a first conversation to a decided visa

It starts with a consultation

EUR 49 for up to 30 minutes with a licensed adviser. Its job is to establish what you need, what is realistic, and how we can help, not to answer every detailed question on the spot. Small matters are sometimes settled in the call itself; for everything else you receive a clear service offer afterwards.

A written report, for skilled applicants who apply themselves

Skilled applicants pursuing a points-tested Australian visa (subclass 189, 190 or 491) can add a personalised written report: your pathway, the requirements, and the risks to watch. A solid basis for a self-managed application with professional advice behind it. Partner and family cases do not need one; they receive a service offer after the consultation.

Full Service, if you would rather hand it over

We handle the process end to end: gathering the documents, certified translations, medical appointments, preparing and lodging the application, and communicating with the authorities through to the decision.

Difficult cases are part of our casework

Refused applications, medical conditions, character issues. These need experience and careful strategy, and we take them on as part of our normal work.

Next step

Speak with a licensed advisor about your visa options.

A focused consultation routed to the right licensed advisor. Continue independently after the call, or proceed with us and have the consultation fee deducted from the service fee.
